Fu Hong Charity Dinner 2019
Fu Hong Charity was very grateful to Quko Intl for its generous sponsorship and kind participation in this charity fundraising dinner. It is not only a good example of fulfilling corporate social responsibility, but also supports this Council to go further on the road of promoting health and social integration.
On August 23, 2019, Fu Hong Society held the "Fu Hong Charity Fundraising Dinner 2019". The services of people with disabilities have always been in high demand in Hong Kong. It is often necessary to wait for a long time before accepting services or accommodation. In response to the demand of the community, the Council has been actively developing various services, many of which are non-financed projects, such as the Butterfly Centre (for people with autism and developmental disabilities) and the FuHong Caring Family (for small people with intellectual disabilities) Homes), "Best Old Friends in Hong Kong" Campaign (encourage community members to build one-on-one friendship with people with intellectual disabilities), community support services (support for people with disabilities living in the community and families). These non-government-funded services require the support of the outside world to continue to develop. This Council will specially prepare for the charity dinner. The charity raised by the event will raise funds for the non-subsidised services of the Association to enable those with disabilities in need. Services to help them develop their potential and integrate into society.
